Merry Christmas
It’s that time of year –
May the magic of Christmas
Call your heart a home.
—
Whether you are marking the occasion or not, and however you may be spending it, I hope you all have a lovely festive season.
Merry Christmas
It’s that time of year –
May the magic of Christmas
Call your heart a home.

Whether you are marking the occasion or not, and however you may be spending it, I hope you all have a lovely festive season.
They call us St Judes
as we blindly chase the stars –
we’ll have the last laugh
Rain singing softly
Let’s lose ourselves in wonder
Taken by her song.
Just a brief haiku
to send Christmas love and cheer
from my heart to yours.
—
Whether you’re celebrating Christmas or not, I hope you all have a lovely day tomorrow and I’ll be back soon, most likely with my ‘Top Reads of 2015’ post.
Thanks for another wonderful year, blog chums!
All the best,
Callum
Beautiful temptress
Dancing between golden stars –
Goddess Aurora.
A world held its breath –
The beauty of a silence
That welcomed the end.
—
Guns fell from tired hands –
The birth of second chances
To mend Earth’s lifeblood.
Soothing with its song
The hush of a million friends –
Raindrops joined as one.
Though they hide from us
beneath the veil of daytime,
the stars still shine bright.
Excuse me kind sir,
I’ll be needing a new heart.
This one is broken.
The snap of crisp spines
Releasing a hidden world
To mend broken hearts.
