Not that long ago, I was incredibly flattered to be nominated for the Versatile Blogger Award and now, as if that wasn’t enough, I have also been put forward for the Blog of the Year 2013 Award. This time the nod came from Mel over at Featured Fiction – a brilliant blog that welcomes lovers of literature in all shapes and forms via thought-provoking writing prompts. So whether you want to get directly involved or just read interesting examples of creative work, then it is definitely worth checking out.
I haven’t even been blogging on WordPress for very long, so to already feel so settled and included in a friendly community like this is wonderful, so many thanks again Mel for putting a smile on my face. Here are the blogs I would in turn like to nominate:
Harliqueen – Mishka shares insightful posts about her experiences throughout all aspects of the writing process that really get me thinking. I’m always interested to read what she has to say and think anyone with a passion for literature or creativity will love her blog.
Melissa Barker-Simpson – Mel’s personal blog is just as interesting as Featured Fiction. She shares her own fantastic creative writing, is always looking to get involved in the online community and shows genuine interest and support to others.
Radiating Blossom – Be it stunning photographs or inspiring quotes, if you ever find yourself feeling a little down then a visit to this blog is guaranteed to lift your spirits.
Congrats! I really like Mishka’s blog too. 🙂
Thank you very much 🙂 I’m glad, she’s a great blogger!
Congratulations, Callum, no surprise you got nominated, your poems are inspirational and incredible! 🙂
Thanks so much for the nomination 😀 And the compliments! I seriously can’t stop smiling now, not sure I will stop smiling for weeks!
That means a lot. It’s so rewarding when people are willing to take the time to read, comment and give such lovely encouragement on posts. Thank you! 😀
I was more than happy to nominate you. I love reading your work 🙂
Thanks, Callum, you’re continued support and encouragement mean a great deal. Mel
You’re very welcome. I can say the very same to you! 🙂
